In accordance with local council special treatment licensing we are obliged to keep details of all clients on record.

By signing the contact form you are confirming that you are using the facilities at Calm Water Floatation at your own risk and are agreeing to follow all instruction given.  You may not be able to use the Floatation pods if you suffer from epilepsy or from a Psychotic illness which is not controlled with medication or you are fitted with a pacemaker.  Please discuss this with us for further information.

You may not use the Floatation Pods if you are or are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances, or ‘legal’ highs.

You will not be able to use the Floatation Pods if you are currently suffering from an ear, nose or throat infection, upset stomach, infectious disease or have a skin condition which leads to broken skin or open wounds.  Please disclose privately if any of the above affects you or you have any other serious medical condition.

All bookings must be made directly with the centre in advance and confirmed either by telephone or email.

A £25 deposit is required to secure your session.

If you need to rearrange or cancel an appointment, please give 48 hours’ notice or you may forfeit your deposit, voucher or membership session for that slot and be asked for payment in full for your next appointment.

A single, one hour floatation session is £45 unless advertised differently.

The ‘Introductory Three Float Pack’ has a 33% discount applied and is valid for six months and may be used by only one person.

Our Bronze, Silver and Gold packages have 35, 40 and 50% discounts applied (respectively) and these packages are valid for 12 months and may be shared by up to two people (bronze) or four people (silver and gold).

The validity periods apply to the discounted portion of the advertised price.  If you fail to take your full number of sessions associated to that discount within the specified time period, you may forfeit the discount on the remaining sessions and be required to pay the difference to the currently advertised ‘full’ price should you wish to take the remaining sessions.  Should you not decide to pay the difference you simply forfeit the remaining sessions.

If you choose to pay a membership package by our interest free instalments, you will be agreeing to pay the full value of the package (as correct at commencement of package) in equally spaced instalments, or as the sessions covered by the previous instalment are used,  as stated in our membership T&C’s which you can obtain a copy of at the centre.

Any membership package must be used within the stated twelve month period and may only be terminated in exceptional circumstances, details of which must be submitted in writing before the management of Calm Water make any final and bonding decision.

All sales are final and refunds will only be offered in exceptional circumstances for gift vouchers only.

Finally, Calm Water Floatation would like you to know we hold ourselves fully responsible for any future buoyant mood and increased levels of happiness, undisturbed night’s sleeps, increased creativity and concentration or high levels of ‘Zen’ achieved by our clients after their Floatation Therapy Sessions.
